Sales Administrator – Soft home textiles
Established homewares manufacturer & wholesaler is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team member to play a key role in supporting the sales department.
Key accountabilities include:

Monitoring customer orders on the in-house systems & ensuring any issues are addressed

Providing support to the retail buying/planning teams as well as Sales Managers
-
Preparation of forecasts & reports for customer accounts, summarising findings and making recommendations
-
Assisting Sales Managers in the preparations for sales meetings
A friendly and social working environment, the role would suit a hands-on individual who thrives on attention to detail & enjoys analysis & reporting.
Successful candidates will be highly organised and able to meet deadlines, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with customers & colleagues at all levels of the business.
Experience in retail planning/allocation or sales/marketing will be highly regarded as candidates will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of the retail buying/planning process and how this interrelates with the sales function.
